Pleasant hotel, we thoroughly enjoyed it.
Our fabulous and quiet room was complete with a lovely view, nice comfortable beds and adequate tea coffee. The hotel's location was central, near shops. In general the service was friendly. Everyone from the staff was accommodating and pleasant.

The hotel was pleasant and I truly enjoyed the streets of Alston. All the staff were hospitable, attentive. I had good-sized room here with adequate tea coffee, adequate tea coffee etc supplies, as example. The setting of venue was absolutely perfect and magnificent, near shops. There were a great selection of restaurants to eat, like Victoria spice that was only 5 minutes' walk away. Actually everything was good, my next choice again in Alston.

Central location, at a moderate distance from Alston Moor Golf Club. Found in a pretty nice area near Debra very friendly pub with gorgeous views from window, bar restaurant and the Cumberland Inn. Having a study table, a radio, and a DVD player in our clean and perfect room.

I had an excellent stay at a charming inn. The room was clean and comfortable, offering a great view of the beautiful river valley. The evening meal I had was absolutely delicious, and the ales were exceptionally well-kept. The staff were very friendly and attentive, creating a welcoming atmosphere. I will definitely be returning to this inn and highly recommend it to others.
